Awake and In Love

When a wound is seen and loved it turns into a gem, and this does not happen alone.

You Have Been Doing This Privately

You have carried this alone for a long time. It makes sense that you took the work into solitude. Solitude is safe, and it is where the deep, quiet organizing happens. But there is a boundary to what isolation can resolve. What changes a wound is not another layer of analysis or more solitary effort.

A wound is changed when it is witnessed.

What This Is

This is a monthly community for meeting the wound together. Here, presence is the practice, and you move at your own pace.

Come as you are and share as much as feels right, or stay quiet and listen. You are a capable adult, welcome exactly where you are.

What You Find Here

A PLACE TO BE WITNESSED

A quiet, capable field where you can lay down the burden of holding it all alone. A discussion space where you share what you're living and meet others doing the same work.

AN ONGOING RHYTHM

Regular gatherings that ask nothing of your performance. A live call on the third Saturday of each month, 10 to 11:30 Mountain, on Zoom, and a weekly transit or practice post.

SHARED PRACTICE

A gentle structure for meeting the wound together. Full access to the Somatic Toolbox library of body-based practices.
